Chive Mint Dressing for Mesclun Greens

1/2 lime, juiced
2 tbs olive oil (or amount equal to lime juice)
1 tsp tamari
1 tsp local honey (or agave syrup)
3 chive flowers, separated
3 mint leaves, chopped

Combine ingredients and stir vigorously until lime juice and olive oil are no longer separated.  Spoon small amounts at a time over mesclun greens until lightly coated when tossed.
