Strawberry Nasturtium Vinaigrette

6 Strawberries

4-6 Nasturtium leaves

2 tbs Olive oil

2 tbs Lime juice

1 tsp Honey or agave


Puree strawberries and nasturium leaves with a stick blender or mortar and pestle.  Strain off juice and combine with olive oil and lime juice.  Add honey or agave to taste. To enhance the "balsamic" effect, use buckwheat honey.
